HOTEL POLICIES

Check-in age for any reservation at the Campfire Hotel is 21 and older. Any person under 21 years of age must be accompanied by their legal guardian. Valid ID and credit card are required at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24 HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a reservation will result in a one night charge.  Cancelled reservations or early departures from a multiple night reservation must be made prior to 3pm the day before, to avoid a cancellation fee.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check-in is at 4p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice and is subject to availability. A credit card with valid ID is required at check in. A $100 incidental hold is placed on the credit card in addition to any room charges. This hold will be released at check out after determining any final charges.

PETS
Pets are limited to only dogs. There is a $25 pet fee per night, per pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest rooms at any time for any reason. Pets must be leashed and secured any time they are outside of guest rooms. Guests are responsible for clean up and all pet actions. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub/pool areas.

Any additional cleaning due to a pet will be subject to up to a $250 fee.

AMENITY FEE
This fee helps support the unique amenities and experiences we offer, including:

  • Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby
  • Hotel-wide Wi-Fi
  • Heated saltwater pool & hot tub (year-round)
  • Outdoor fire pits and seating areas
  • Hotel bikes for guest use
  • Canteen Lobby Bar (Tues–Sat)
  • DJ pool parties and Dive-In Movies (seasonally)

PARKING
Parking is free at Campfire Hotel. On-site spaces are limited, and available on a first-come first-serve basis. Street parking is free, and available on Greeley Ave and Second Street.

SMOKING
Our rooms, indoor public spaces and pool and spa area are 100% non-smoking.
