Canteen Bar is the brainchild of Doug & Phoebe Pedersen, also owners of Bend’s Dogwood Cocktail Cabin. Together they’ve realized their shared dream of a cocktail bar that incorporates innovative drinks, delicious tapas, and great music. Phoebe’s experience in cocktail and food creation, paired with Doug’s experience as a world-touring DJ and event promoter, lends itself perfectly to their shared vision.
